The idea for a blog to empower Christians in their walk with the Lord was born when I realized that the Lenten season had begun but there was no mention of it in my circle of friends. It was a news channel that reminded me that we were already into the 2nd day of Lent. It occured to me that many pentecostal Christians do not bother with the “traditions of the Church”, even though there are benefits. We celebrate Christmas and Easter. Well, so does the Wall Street, the Congress, the malls, and Disney. How about the rest of the Christians seasons like lent, Good Friday, and Advent. Could it be that these seasons offering less funfair and we are hooked on celebration?
Join me as we rediscover the richness of Christian seasons. This is not a denomination-based blog. It comes solely from the heart of a Christian seeking ways to be empowered to walk this walk victoriously. This month, our focus is on the Lenten season.
